This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Trendzo’s online platform. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions described below. Our goal is to make the return process smooth, simple, and hassle-free while ensuring the safety, hygiene, and proper handling of all products that are sent back to us.

Trendzo accepts returns and refunds on eligible products within a specified timeframe as outlined in this policy. Items must meet our return criteria to qualify for a full refund, partial refund, exchange, or store credit.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a fair and consistent process, please ensure the following criteria are met before requesting a return:

  1. Timeframe:
    You must request a return within 7–10 days from the date you received the product.
  2. Condition of the Product:
    The item must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unworn
    • Undamaged
    • Free from stains, perfume, sweat, or any signs of wear
  3. Original Packaging:
    All original packaging must be intact, including:
    • Brand tags
    • Labels
    • Boxes (if applicable)
    • Accessories included with the product
  4. Proof of Purchase:
    You must provide a valid order number, payment confirmation, or invoice from Trendzo. Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites are not eligible for returns under this policy.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear
  • Socks, stockings, and personal accessories
  • Cosmetics, beauty tools, and skincare products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Clearance sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
  • Items purchased during seasonal blowout sales
  • Gift cards or promotional coupons

If a non-returnable item is shipped back to us, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back to you at your cost.


4. Return Process

    Visit our Return Center or contact our support team at support@trendzo.com with your order details, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Approval:
    Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, you will receive a return authorization number along with instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package:
    • Pack the product securely
    • Include the invoice or proof of purchase
    • Attach the return label provided by Trendzo
  4. Shipping the Item:
    Depending on your location, you may need to ship the item yourself or schedule a pickup through our logistics partner.
    NOTE: Shipping charges for returns may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
  5. Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 2–4 business days.
  6. Refund / Exchange Issuance:
    After approval, we will process your refund or replacement as per your selected option.

5. Refund Options

Trendzo offers the following refund options:

  1. Full Refund to Original Payment Method:
    Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, wallet).
    Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  2. Store Credit / Trendzo Wallet:
    • Instant or within 24 hours
    • Ideal if you plan to shop again soon
    • Store credit never expires
  3. Exchange:
    You may exchange the product for:
    • A different size
    • A different color (if available)
    • A different item of equal or higher value (price difference applicable)

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account once more
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may apply)
  3. Contact us at support@trendzo.com with your order number

We will assist you immediately and provide clear status updates.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, Trendzo will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or wrong item
  • Packaging photos
  • Order number

Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or process a full refund, including shipping costs.


8. Reverse Pickup Availability

Reverse pickup service is available in select locations. If reverse pickup is not supported in your pin code, you may need to ship the product manually. In such cases, Trendzo may reimburse part or all of the shipping costs, depending on the issue.


9. Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Shipping:
    Orders can be cancelled at no charge if requested before they are dispatched.
  2. After Shipping:
    Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after receiving the product.
  3. Prepaid Orders:
    Any cancelled prepaid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. International Orders

For international customers, return and refund policies may vary based on shipping carriers, duties, and customs fees.
